W-4 — Employee's Withholding Certificate

Required by the IRS for all new employees. Tells us how much federal income tax to withhold from your paycheck. Complete and return this before or on your first day.

Required by federal law to verify your identity and authorization to work in the United States. You will complete this with your supervisor on your first day. Bring valid ID documents.
